#76 RISING UP

Apr 02, 2024

“If we are incarnations of God, then our spirit is God individualized, and as such it must be eternal”….  Ernest Holmes

As I write this months blog post, it is a bright and sunny Easter Sunday. Of course I realize Easter has different meanings to many, or maybe no meaning at all based on their culture and any religious affiliations they may be a part of. Speaking for the Christians around the world it is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus after he was put to death 3 days prior.

The resurrection or rising up of the master teacher we know as Jesus the Christ has an even deeper meaning to me and many others who are awakening to their true self. Jesus was a 9th dimensional being who incarnated on our 3rd dimensional Earth to inspire humanity of the time. He  led by example telling people that what he did, they could do also. In the act of rising from the dead, he showed that life was eternal. After life on this Earth, life continues as the consciousness is freed from the body to express itself in another realms of existence.

Earnest Holmes, the author of today’s quote, encouraged people to focus on this life, connecting with the kingdom of heaven within themselves to express their highest and best, letting  go of any worries of what might come next. This current life experience is but a small part of a grander picture, and we as seeming individuals are connected to all that is which is God incarnate. The divine spark is within all life and never goes out. It only transforms.

On another level, the resurrection of Jesus offers the lesson that, just as the stone was rolled away from the entrance of Jesus’ tomb, we, too,  can roll away the stone of our small selves to let our true selves express a higher and deeper level of consciousness… in essence, living from the Christ within us.

Regardless of our current circumstances, afflictions, inconsistencies, and trials from both a personal and global perspective, we are perfect just as we are. For in the illusion of imperfection  lies perfection. So rise up and claim your divinity. Walk tall and lead by example.
